So,basically Diabetes is a critical health condition.Having too much glucose in the blood can cause serious health problems. It can damage  eyes (can lead to blindness), kidneys, livers, nerves. It can also cause heart disease, stroke and even amputation.

So,it's very important to manage before it's too late. Needless to say,healthy lifestyle,well-balanced diet and exercises play a vital role.

Basically,Diabetes diet = Low carbs+low fat+low Glycemic index+high protein+high fibre .

Points I keep in mind!
Since my hubby got diabetes at a very young age and it runs in our family . It's very important for me to cook every meal carefully .

So,this is my humble attempt to spread Diabetes awareness and to share the recipes I cook especially for my hubby.Just in case it'll be useful to some.
