So,let's see how to make a "Mango Float"..

Mango Float
Adapted from pinoyrecipe.net

.......................................................................................................................................................................
Ingredients
.......................................................................................................................................................................
Mangoes,thinly sliced - 2 cups
Graham Cracker - 1 box
All purpose cream/Whipped cream - 1 can
Fat free Condensed milk - 1 can
Crushed Graham - 1 tablespoon
Baking (rectangular shaped) dish
.......................................................................................................................................................................
Method
....................................................................................................................................................................
  • Chill the cream for about 30 minutes.
  • Whip it with the condensed milk and keep it aside .
  • Depending upon the size of your baking dish, arrange a layer of graham crackers (Here about 8-10 pieces).
  • Now spread a layer of the combined cream on the crackers.
  • Then spread out the mango slices evenly on the top of the cream, covering it completely.
  • Now,repeat the above three steps as per your desired thickness or the height of the baking dish.
  • Finally add a layer of cream.
  • Now sprinkle crushed graham crackers on the top completely.
  • Now chill them for about 2-3 hours before serving.
Note:
  • I made it in two small rectangular bowls and  I poured some Mango puree combined with cream on the top and decorated with an orange vanilla dessert topper and drizzled some chocolate over it. (I know it looks little messy...well,I couldn't control myself to taste it hehee ).
  • To crush the graham cracker use a blender/food processor or put them in a zip lock bag,zip it well and crush them with the rolling pin.

Eat,Love,live deliciously,
